Privacy policy

NeoKassa is a point-of-sale program for shops. This page explains in plain words what data the program keeps, who sees it and how to delete it.

Who is responsible for what

The shop owns and controls the data about its staff and customers. Getting a customer’s consent before entering their data is the shop’s duty.

NeoKassa stores and processes the data on the shop’s behalf. We do not use it for our own purposes.

For requests sent through this website, the data belongs to NeoKassa.

What data is kept

Shop staff:

Shop customers (entered by the shop):

Website request: name, phone, shop name (if given) and the chosen plan.

Why

Data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Who sees it

Third parties

Data is not given to other organisations. Exceptions:

Data is kept on a server rented by NeoKassa; only NeoKassa has access to the server.

Security and backups

How long it is kept

Viewing, copying, deleting

The shop exports its customer list, sales, debts and reports to Excel itself (staff with the “Excel export” permission).

A shop’s customer first asks the shop about their data — the shop owns it. If the shop does not answer, write to us and we will pass the request to the shop.

To ask for a full copy or deletion: write through the request form on this website.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
